About Leading Edge

Leading Edge (or L.E.T - we do like a good acronym) have been in business for over a decade now. The last few years has seen IT change on a number of levels. This has shifted both peoples attitudes & opinions, alongside driving requirements & products. We know companies are now starting to be prepared to embrace cloud & off-premise IT, along with wanting unification of their communication & content sharing. Further to that, Social Media is king and its important businesses leverage what Social Media can do for a brand, product awareness and effective real-time ways to communicate both B2B and B2C.

Knowing the above led to the appointment of a new Head of Technology & Operations in 2011, as L.E.T knew it needed to bring in the right skills to be able to deliver all these new technologies & services. Alongside that, L.E.T are genuinely keen to ensure they provide the very best, neutral & un-biased advice, all the time focusing on the needs of the business, and not IT. IT makes business better if its correctly implemented, no business should have to work around the constraints of IT.

The future looks bright for L.E.T, taking on new clients everyday alongside steadily growing the business with additional resource, L.E.T are passionate about being the best at what they do. The main service proposition focuses around award-winning helpdesk & server monitoring solutions, whereby engineers can monitor server health in real-time & pro-actively fix issues, apply patches & updates & deal with security, whilst transparent to the rest of the business. From that, individual PC monitoring, remote help, support & hardware & software solutions make up the core product list.

L.E.T are based in Ashford (Surrey), and have UK wide reach with a network of high quality mobile engineers.
