1st & 2nd line Windows Support Engineer Ref: HPLETSRV001
We are looking for an office helpdesk based competent 1st & 2nd line support engineer. Fluency with mainstream Windows infrastructure, both client & server support, networking & back bone layer 3 equipment maintenence such as Sonicwall & Cisco appliances. Further to the above, working on this busy helpdesk, the candidate will need a fluent and clear telephone manner, be able to stay calm under pressure & be able to communicate complex solutions clearly & patiently to our clients. Some of the technologies you'll need to know inside out include;
Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Mimecast Email Security, VPN configuration & end point set up, also some virtualisation & cloud experience would be useful.

This role is based at our offices in Ashford, Middlesex. You should be within commutable distance of this location.
